Polling Day Telling

Polling day is the culmination of everything we have been campaigning for. We'll need as many volunteers as can give us some time, whenever you can give it.

"Telling" means sitting outside polling places recording who has voted, so we know not to knock on those people's doors. Telling is an ideal way to help for those who can't, for whatever reason, deliver leaflets and knock on doors. We'll be telling from when polls open until about 2pm.

What to do now

  • Please only sign up for telling if leafleting and door knocking are difficult for you. If you can leaflet or door knock please sign up at this link.
  • Please click the boxes below for the hours to which you can commit. We will happily take your help whenever you can offer it.
  • On the day, we'll be organised on the basis of ward hubs. We'll try to allocate as many people as possible to the ward they live in. If you especially want to campaign in a ward other than the one you live in, please email David. If you live outside Vauxhall, we'll assume you can campaign anywhere in the consituency unless you tell David otherwise.
  • Please sign up as soon as you can. We'll start phoning volunteers this weekend to ask them to help. If you sign up before then, you'll save us the effort of calling you, and you the agro of being disturbed on the weekend.

More information

You will receive an email on the weekend before polling day letting you know where your ward hub is, the contact details for your ward coordinator, information on which polling station we'd like you to tell at, and instructions on how to do it.

Many thanks for all your efforts, let's win this thing!
